The location was ideal with easy access to the subway and many shops nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially with directions. the room was clean and well kept. i also used the car service that took me straight to the airport. It was so convenient.
the elevators seemed to take a little longer than expected during peak hours.

The room was a great size. Breakfast offered amazing quality with numerous options. The location was perfect because I was there for a concert. The area was a comfortable walking distance to places around Brooklyn that my partner and I wanted to explore. I appreciated the cleanliness and quiet atmosphere throughout the night. This ensured restful sleep.
I felt more key cards would improve convenience, as two felt insufficient for five guests.

The location was quite convenient. several subway lines were nearby. This made getting around easy. the room itself was clean and spacious enough. it also had ample storage space, a plus for a longer stay.
the lobby felt a bit tired. the elevators seemed worn, and i could hear cable noises in my room. the air conditioning wasn't working properly during hot days. the staff didn't seem too helpful when i asked about it.

i loved the cleanliness of my room. all surfaces were super clean and fresh linens were provided daily. the location offered quick access to various transportation options!
I experienced limited hot water during peak hours. This made showering less enjoyable and a bit inconvenient. the water eventually warmed up, but it took quite a while each time i tried to shower.

inadequate aclackluster cleanliness
The air conditioning barely worked. it was really hot and uncomfortable, especially at night. the staff didn't seem to care much, annoying (i expected better service). also, the cleanliness wasn't great. I noticed some stains on the sheets.
